Innovation Management
This course provides a hands-on and practical approach to innovation management. The course is results-oriented, and provides an overview of the whole innovation process, from idea origination, through to designing and launching an innovation implementation and management plan.
The course will be taught through a combination of practical online workshops with weekly assignments, and specific multimedia material. You will be assigned practical tasks each week to complete outside of the lessons. These will develop your innovation project, and you will receive personal developmental feedback on your work each week. To get the best results from the course, it is recommended that you spend 1.5 hours a week on your assignments.
